[osis-core] Paratext/UBS Bible book names with no matching OSIS Bible book name

Chris,

What do you think we can/should do to address the books Fred lists
below?   I am sure they will come up as issues sooner or later.

Yes there is a Dan (27DAN)
I Wondered if DNTDan    would be allowed?
We still need to cater for the \id line which is \id DNT
