I realized that once and then forgot to post the same question; sorry.

I think we should deprecate milestone type='line'; or *possibly*, say 
limit lb to poetry and milestone type='line' to non-poetry -- but I 
can't think or a great reason to do that, and it seems unnecessarily 
complicated.
