If I'm understanding you correctly, the answer is "yes", but that is
syntax rather than morphology, and will be dealt with in phase two.
Version 1.0 for linguistic annotation is to be morphology, 2.0 syntax.
(What you are talking about in your example is the construction of
phrases as clause constituents.)

If you mean, can one discontinuous morpheme stretch across the word
boundary, I will admit to the possibility, but I can't think of an example.
