[osis-core] Chapter type?

Greetings!

Have added chapter as an element with div content model.

Do we need a chapterType attribute like we have divType?

divType is the following plus the standard extension:

<xs:simpleType name="osisDivs">

    <xs:restriction base="xs:string">

        <xs:enumeration value="appendix"/>

        <xs:enumeration value="book"/>

        <xs:enumeration value="chapter"/>

        <xs:enumeration value="concordance"/>

        <xs:enumeration value="glossary"/>

        <xs:enumeration value="testament"/>

    </xs:restriction>

</xs:simpleType>

For the time being, I just set it to globalWithType.
