[osis-core] added div types

Greetings,

Div types added:

Add section, front, body, back, titlePage, introduction, index, preface, 
afterword, colophon, coverPage, concordance, gazateer, commentary, maps, 
entry (as in dictionary), imprimatur,  to type attribute on &lt;div&gt;.</p>
     <p>Todd: add majorSection, minorSection, plus the ones above.
