[osis-core] Authentic is now free

Altova.com, the company that makes XML Spy, also makes 
a lightweight "word-processor-like" XML editor called 
Authentic. It comes in a standalone PC version and a 
web-browser version. As I understand it, you create 
configuration stylesheets in other tools you have to 
pay for, but you can now distribute the finished editor 
free.  It supports formatted word-processor-like editing, 
forms, spell checking, etc. and ensures that the resulting
documents are valid.

It might be worth looking into configuring Authentic for
OSIS documents.
