In AddEsth there three alternant reference systems present within the
same translation.

Following are the notes from the text:
Addition A: 11.2-4 The verses 11.2-12.6 are sometimes numbered as A.1-17
or 1.1a-1s.

Addition B: 13.1 The verses 13.1-7 are sometimes numbered as B.1-7 or as
3.13a-13g.

....

Questions:
1) Should AddEsther be encoded as an alternant ending to Esther as it is
some renderings?

2) Should we encode the alternant osisIDs as alternant reference
systems?

3) Should we encode each verse with all of the alternant osisIDs but
from the SAME reference system? Eg osisID="AddEsth.11.2 AddEsth.A.1
AddEsth.1.1a".

4) Should osisID="AddEsth.11.2 AddEsth.A.1 AddEsth.1.1a" be
osisID="Esth.11.2 Esth.A.1 Esth.1.1a", because the identifiers seem to
be carefully designed to not overlap with those in the other Esther?

Thoughs?
