[osis-core] Valid Schema soon to follow!

Guys,

Well, it took a couple of hours of working through it and finding a 
number of really bad typing errors, manually not less, but I am about to 
ship a valid post-Rome schema.

At  least you will be able use valid schema software to see what I was 
trying to do. No promises and it obviously needs some regexes, etc.

Generating docs now, ship in about 10 minutes.
