NOTE: <foreign> on chart is seriously wrong! Recorded the data 
improperly.  (Corrected table forthcoming.) The following is correct:

<foreign> has: <note> and <seg>.

Should we add <reference>? Here I am thinking of someone who might want 
to link to other material (not necessarily at the word level as Troy has 
done with Strong's, which requires word level markup).
