[osis-core] references and self-ids Part 3 - Proposal

I just realized a useful case for self-identifying locations at 
grain-level in a text: If you want to say:

    I am no particular identifiable point in *this* edition, but this 
spot corresponds exactly to location Matt.1.1.cp(50) in the GNT.

that seems really useful to me, but then again, I see that as a 
reference rather than a self-id. But maybe to our list of reference 
types (what's the status on that currently?), we need a 'sync' type 
of some kind....

I guess I still don't see how to make grain meaningful for self-identification.
