[osis-core] osisWork regex problem

The attached document is valid based on version
osisCore_candidate.1.1_003.xsd using XMLSpy v4.3.

I also tried a few variations that should have been valid and invalid
and got the responses that I expected.

I don't have a version of XMetaL or I would try it there, but all seems
to be well using the tools I have.  I didn't try Xerces and the related
set of stuff from Apache.
