[osis-core] Drop validation on status for copyright?

Guys,

We only have three values for status on copyright.

Suggestion, let's just make that xs:string and cover copyright for real 
in the publisher module. (I don't think restricted, free and unknown are 
not useful categories, even if I did suggest them originally. ;-)
