[osis-core] OSIS Permissions!

Guys,

We should have an email with permission to use the GNT (is that the same 
as TEV? I will check) of Matthew and all of Psalms for the demo text!

Only restriction is that we not sell it! ;-) Probably worthy of a note 
on the examples that you can see the hard copy version by buying a copy 
from ABS!
