[osis-core] OSIS_0105:7 xlit for transliateration (other attribute suggestions?)

Guys,

Chris has suggested: xlit for transliteration.

I have no real preference.

Other suggestions for shortening of attribute names? (Might as well 
resolve all of them now, well, all we can think of anyway. ;-)
