I have uploaded And Bible version

Many thanks to Martin, Dominique, Dirk, Martin, Michael, and Linas for
updating their translations. It was a bit rushed in the end but if you find
any issues there maybe time to fix them.  I plan to release to App Market
tomorrow morning.  There are also a number of bug fixes.

Does anybody know why the Russian RST module has disappeared from Crosswire
repo?  I am already getting e-mails about it.
