[mobile-devel] Updated French translation for and-Bible

Hi all,

Please find an updated French translation for and-bible.

It took me an hour and half to complete the job, the main part was spent
trying to cope with changes in the xml file and don't mess up the xml
structure.

This system poses problems for updates, Android needs to seriously
reconsider their i18n system, it seems they are thinking about it:
