Hi David,

I like receiving patches. Joshua sent in a nice elegant and simple one to
enable the search key that is included in this build - try it out.

You are not the first person to say that swipe could be more responsive but
I must confess I normally use the trackball for chapter changes and now
there is even d-pad support. You will find the swipe code in
BibleSwipeListener. Although it looks fairly simple it was quite tricky to
get working originally and there have been a couple of iterations.

Animation would be nice if it works and looks good. I have never tried to
get it working. Be aware that some books take 8 seconds to change between
chapters on a G1 so I am not sure if animation would be effective for an 8
second page change.

I am planning to look at speech control and navigation next so swipes are
all yours for the immediate future. Let us know what you find out even if
it doesn't work out.

Many thanks
Martin
