Guys,
My initial commits for demand loading are in place. Still a lot of work 
to do, but SVN revision 158 does show how fast demand loading can be, 
and it is a lot faster. If you want to build something more useable go 
for svn revision 157. You are safe to edit source code against this 
revision because all of my demand loading changes will be in 
SRTextView.cpp, SRTextView.h, SRModuleView.cpp, and SRModuleView.h.
