This is true. I have not decided how to handle this part of demand 
loading. It's tricky, very tricky.

Its very tolerant. Everything is based upon asking the OS for 
screen/window sizes. That's why going from portrait to landscape mode 
will be easy to re-implement.

Screen size is queried in SRMainFrame::Init(). OS is never queried.
