I like your changes. I didn't have any preference in the colors or font

It is very slow to show a whole chapter on my machine as well. At least
when the markup is very<br>
complex. (Like NASB and KJV)<br>

It also is too big a window on my machine. I think the window needs to
be limited to 800x600<br>
or something else reasonable.<br>

There was also a slight issue with dialog sizing where the dialog
opened bigger than my screen with the title bar off the top, which is
due to me plugging an extrnal monitor into my laptop and configuring
it as a second monitor. Java gets confused about the screen size (as
do several other programs). This is a fairly common problem for me so
I'm not going to worry about it too much.

I think it may have been better to have used a stylesheet to do the
syntax highlighting and indentation.
I have also put in capabilities to present the text in several different
ways. It might be good to make
them options on the ViewSource page.
