The plan centres around Site[s]Pane. SitesPane is available from the 
tools menu, and currently has only one installed SitePane - the local one.
I invisage SitePane being updated to handle remote Book lists over FTP, 
and tweaking SitesPane to handle more than one SitePane (should be easy 
there is a TabbedPane already)
The next step is to add to BookDriver some methods to install new Books.
