Patch notes:

* Edited release notes
    * Removed Ubuntu & Kubuntu Links, and replaced with Ichthux Entities
    * Removed Dapper and replaced with &distro-version;
    * Reworded the initial paragraph totally, based off the front page of 
ichthux.com
    * Removed the "Upgrading" Section, since this is the first release 
correct?

* Global.ent
    * Redid all links to match that of ichthux.com
    * Added some new entities to prevent the typing of long URLs in a doc.

What still needs to be done?
    * Installation
    * Upgrading (this will be for future editions really. Maybe I should have 
kept the section, but put it between <!-- and -->.
    * Support
    * Minor editing here and there
