[bt-devel] Translation

Martin,

I changed code for bug #60 than needs to be translated. It is for the 
buttons at the bottom of the Bookshelf Wizard. I am trying to figure out 
the steps for getting the translation done.

Update *.ts files (make messages)  ???
Manual upload of *.ts to transifex ???
Later manual download of *.ts from transifex ???

If you could either tell me the steps or do it yourself, it would be a 
help for getting this bug closed.

Also, I am traveling from May 22 to June 6 and won't have much Internet 
access.
