[bt-devel] Tester display template.

Hi all,


I've created a testing display template for BT (appropriately named 
Tester.css). I'm attaching it here since it's not really the sort of thing 
that end users would need. It's not pretty (probably painful), but everything 
we have CSS rules for in Crazy.css is there so one can test if the filters are 
generating appropriate mark up, most of it involves colours or borders so one 
can see if something goes wonky in the following verses. Some highlights

* Poetry is purple and displays block level because the fastest way for me to 
get code in to handle it is to make it a span so it doesn't conflict with the 
div's in our current verse entry.
* Translation changes are in a blue border with different colours to represent 
what kind of translation change except for added (oblique), moved ("->" 
following), and tense change ("*" following)
* Names are in black borders with colouring to differentiate except for the 
divine name which is in small caps
*Textual variants are sorrounded by <>'s.
