[bt-devel] [Bug 27] BibleTime 2.9.2 shows version 2.9.1 in Control Panel "Programs and Features" on Windows

On BibleTime for Windows, the 2.9.2 version incorrectly showed 2.9.1 
when you looked at the version using the Windows control panel. The 
install file for the Windows 2.9.2 version on SourceForge was replaced 
with a newer version with this issue fixed.

It appears this was broken in August 2010 when the cmake var BT_REVISION_PATCH
was renamed to BT_VERSION_PATCH.

A new version with this fixed was put onto SourceForge. It replaced the version
that was previously there.
