Daniel,
This line is suspicious:
Found Sword library: /usr/lib64/libsword.a
I don't think Mint uses /usr/lib64 for it's 64 bit libs like Fedora
does. If you used usrinst.sh to configure your svn checkout of sword,
without modification, there is an option line in there you should
probably comment out:
OPTIONS="--libdir=/usr/lib64 $OPTIONS"
then:
make distclean
./usrinst.sh
make
sudo make install
sudo rm /usr/lib64/libsword*
