[bt-devel] MacOS Crash

This is correct. I just confirmed that somewhere in my personal set
of modules (moving my ~/.sword out of the way) on the Mac is a module
causing a crash on startup, but the Mac build now works happily on
10.5 of OS X.

As an addendum to Gary's post about the UTF-8 issues, my modules do
not appear to have any UTF-8 in the module names that I am aware of,
and they work great under Linux. The issue only appears in OS X for
me (I haven't tried my modules in Windows, so I have no idea how they
do there).
