[bt-devel] Tabbed Windows Implemented / New Windows Version Available

I have implemented a new tabbed windows arrangement mode. I wish that I 
could have close button on each tab, but Qt does not support it. You can 
right click the tab and close, or use the Window > Close menu or shortcut.

I have compiled a Windows Development version with the latest SVN.
