That assert is a test for duplicate shortcuts in your bibletimerc file. 
It will only be in BibleTime 2.2 or later and only in the debug version. 
It is likely that renaming the bibletimerc so it is not found will cause 
the assert to quit. I wish I could figure out how the duplicate occurs.
