Summary: Print dialog isn't dismissed after printing

Initial Comment:
The usual behavior is to close the print dialog after the user selected "Print" but in 2.2, the dialog must be manually closed.

Message:
I can't reproduce it in the release build, but I think it was in the debug
build. It's fine now, but I was sure it occured in 2.2rc1.

Message:
I can't reproduce this in ubuntu 9.04 with qt 4.5.2. Can you give us more
information about your qt version, os version, and what type of book you
are printing from.

Message:
We need more information. Try to think what is releveant. For example:

- BibleTime version
- Operating system/distribution and version
- The package version (official distribution version, other version)
- If you compiled yourself, how it was built
- The SWORD library version
- If it has something to do with search, clucene version
- Can you repeat it, and if yes, how
- Start with command line: bibletime --debug
- If possible, gdb trace
- Exact description (steps) of what you tried to do, what happened and how
- It may be easier to attach a screenshot than to describe verbally
- If it's about some work (module), do other CrossWire programs work
correctly (e.g. Xiphos)
- If it's about some work, the version of the work and where it was
downloaded from

(This is a predefined response. It may not be accurate for the situation
but gives some guidelines.)
