Summary: Vertically centered selection

Initial Comment:
An option to keep the current selection vertically centered in the window as much as possible.  Obviously, verses near the top and bottom of the window will not be centered (unless padding is added for those cases).  The current behavior is to position the selected verse at the top.  Positioning it in the center will allow easier examination of the context of the selection.
