[bt-devel] Bookmarks saving

It's to keep from having many consecutive saves from occuring.  I think 
I have a way to reduce the timer calls, but it won't save if someone 
keeps adjusting the bookmarks and it crashes.  It's a minor case though.  
I'll take another look at it later.
