Summary: Main window title is wrong after adding parallel works

Open a work. Add a parallel work. Main window title shows both the previous module name AND current two module names in the title, like [(ESV)] - [ (ESV|KJV)]. Noticed with svn, confirmed with 2.4.

Gary fixed this. Now the main window titlebar shows module/reference only
if one text window is maximized.

Eeli, no open wontfix bugs please. We should try to find it and either fix
it or give a link to upstream and close this bug. Maybe we can work around
it by issuing a timer to update the caption after an action, say 50ms after
the work was added? Then it would possibly overwrite QT's wrong title.

Still happens every time, but now I noticed it's corrected automatically
when I e.g. resize or minimize/restore the window. Qt bug perhaps?

Ok, I was able to confirm it now. It doesn't happen every time. The bug
must have been in BibleTime::setPlainCaption(const QString &title), but I
didn't see it in our code. Either way I just rewrote that method (changeset
1876), did a clean build and I haven't been able to reproduce it since.
Please retry.

Of course :) It happens with out-of-box packages in Kubuntu and Windows.
Did you add the parallel in the same text window?
