[bt-devel] Windows 7 64 bit

I had a chance to install BT on a Windows 7 64 bit computer. This 
computer has both "c:\Program Files" and "c:\Program Files (x86)" where 
the x86 is the suggested place for 32 bit apps. I was pleased to see 
that our installer automatically choose the x86 directory for the 
default installation path.

I only did limited testing, but I did not see any issues on this platform.
