Summary: Number of title lines

Initial Comment:
In BT 2.0 used in Ubuntu 9.04:
In the area on the left side of BT, there are titles for bookshelf, bookmark, mag

BT 1.7 has 2 title lines:
1. Bookshelf, Bookmarks
2. Mag,

BT 2.0 has 3 title lines:
1. Bookshelf
2. Bookshelf, Bookmarks
3. Mag

For netbooks such as the XO (one Laptop per Child) with a small screen, 2 lines is a better choice.
-> Keep the way, BT 1.7 does it

Message:
2.0 uses the "docking windows" feature of Qt. You can drag and drop those
tabs/windows. Therefore the extra title line is dictated by Qt and not by
us. In some situations you might be able to use space more efficiently by
dragging and dropping the Mag window on top of Bookself/Bookmarks window.
It will appear there as a tab. You can also drag and drop it to the right
side of the main window if horizontal space is not critical.

This is of course not obvious for novice users. Maybe we need startup tips
or some kind of tutorial...
