Summary: Hang loading EReo_en glossary module

Initial Comment:
The module EReo_en from CrossWire
installs fine, but attempting to open it causes
BibleTime to hang forever (busy cursor is
displayed, no other action).  Trying to close
BT from this state using the 'X' in the window
titlebar does not suceed, but causes the Gnome
desktop to pop up a warning about BT being
unresponsive and offering to "force quit" it,
which does close BT down.

This is with BibleTime 2.0.alpha3 on
Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 x64.
