[bt-devel] Windows development toolchain choice

I tried, but gave up after several hours.MingW wouldn't even install on my XP 
VMWare, and Cygwin is just huge....

BTW, for all linux developers wanting to test in Windows, if you haven't yet, 
try out VMWare server 2.0, or VirtualBox.
