Please write dates in ChangeLog, news items etc. in the standard format:
yyyy-mm-dd, not yyyy-m-d.

Not that it affects anything anywhere, but it's always better to use an
international standard when we have one. yyyy-m-d isn't actually used
anywhere in the world as far as I know. yyyy-mm-dd is a standard but
not native to anyone and therefore neutral.
