[bt-devel] Compatibility break: Sword 1.6RC1->RC2 API change

Troy changed the Sword InstMgr API between RC1 and RC2. I will commit a 
change which breaks RC1 compatibility and works only with RC2. The 
change was poorly managed: the version number hasn't changed, so we 
can't detect the change. If you use Sword svn or tarballs, update from 
Crosswire. If you use Ubuntu package, it should be automatically updated 
  with apt-get if you have added
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/jmarsden/sword-developer-testing/ubuntu 
jaunty[or intrepid] main
to sources.list.

This doesn't affect those who use 1.5.11 because the code uses #ifdefs.
