[bt-devel] cmake problem

This happens, it seems, if you font specify the install dir. It  
assumes not to do the install. That behavior seems to be a bug  
inCMakeLists.txt that I've been looking for the past day or so. I'm  
working with sword install bugs on OS x in the meantime.
