[bt-devel] cmake(?) problems with Kubuntu 8.04

I managed to solve this by installing several X11 related -dev packages
(ice, cursor, png, sm). This is apparently a bug in some Kubuntu
package. I had installed 8.04 from scratch, therefore the old packages
didn't follow automatically, as I suspect they followed an update.
