[bt-devel] SuSE 10.3 sword package

Hi,
	It appears I accidentally uploaded the wrong file.  I will go ahead and 
upload the correct one.  It appears that right now the file release system on 
SourceForge is down, but I'll go ahead and make an upload when it's back up.
