[bt-devel] Wiki file upload not working?

Am I doing something wrong or is Wiki broken? I cannot upload png files.
It gives an error message: "The file is corrupt or has an incorrect
extension. Please check the file and upload again." The files are not
corrupt and they have the correct extension.
