Summary: Link activation difficult

Initial Comment:
Trying to activate the links by mouse in the Table of Contents in some lines, e.g. 
- 1. Introduction, 
- 2. Starting BibleTime
- Hotkey index
...
the link cannot be activated, if the finger of the hand (mouse-pointer) is on the line, but it must be over the line.
It works fine in: 
- Startup sequence: 
- About BibleTime
- Available works.
-> make the links easier to access.

Some link-lines are in grey, others black, some even mixed (The Bookshelf Manager)
-> Make it in the same colour.
