Summary: Text Highlighting

Initial Comment:
A feature which e-sword had and I always liked was
being able to highlight text in a choice of colors,
just like a regular highlighter pen does in a print
text.  I found myself using it all the time, and have
missed it much since switching to Linux and BibleTime.
 Notes are great, but don't always apply.  Sometimes
just the thing needed is a nice yellow, or whatever
color, background to draw the eyes back later.  Perhaps
something like this could be implemented in the future.
