If there are more than one level in books (e.g.
EngPilgrim),

-> define not only  Ctrl+V and Ctrl+Shift+V, but also
the other hotkeys (as in bibles):
Ctrl+Y, Ctrl+Shift+Y
Ctrl+X, Ctrl+Shift+X,
