Keep the klick down for a few seconds. A menu will show up.

Actually, I see now that the delay caused your confusion, as well as in the Arrangement button bug. I removed the delays (which should not have been there anyway) so that these menus will all show up immediately everywhere in BibleTime. Thanks for the report. Fixed.
