Initial Comment:
In Settings / Configure BibleTime / Desk the full names
of the 'works' show up This is great.
As in other parts of the program (e.g. Bookshelf) only
the abbreviations are given, this makes it difficult to
now the match between the two.

-> use both forms 'abbreviation - full name' in the
bookshelf. If this is not possible, then in : Settings
/ Configure BibleTime / Desk
