Summary: Desktop sizing options

Initial Comment:
There are four/five sizing options of the work-window
(window which displays works in BT):
- +/- Toolbar (View/Show Toobar, ...)
-/+ Mag (View Mag, F8)
- +/- Bookshelf (View/Show Bookshelf, F9)
- +/- Program-Title-Bar (Window/Full Screen Mode,
Ctrl+Shift+F)
Those can all be combined with each other, which is
very helpful.
Auto-sizing (in Window) adapts the text to the
different toolbar and bookshelf sizes (not for Full
Screen Mode)

-> Put them all into the same menu: View
-> Give them all similar hotkeys (what about using
- F5 for viewing the toolbar and
- F6 for viewing Fullscreen mode
