[bt-devel] name changes

For the next release, I suggest that we go through the application and rename 
some strings that only make sense for programmers. My suggestions so far:

Main index -> Library
Info display -> Extra Information  (?)
Display Window -> Read Window
  sub-types: Bible, Commentary, Dictionary and Book
Write Window -> Editor / Edit Window

We need to make things more simple and intuitive. Please let us know if you 
have other ideas.
